This year, I made a resolution to get back into shape. I had a few people ask me how the fitness trek was coming along. I will admit that it has been slow, and I am sorely out of shape. But I am at least doing a minimal amount of exercise each and every day. This video is my update for all who wanted to know how I am doing and how much weight I have lost.
