“The Carlton Zone” Fitness Update!

This year, I made a resolution to get back into shape. I had a few people ask me how the fitness trek was coming along. I will admit that it has been slow, and I am sorely out of shape. But I am at least doing a minimal amount of exercise each and every day. This video is my update for all who wanted to know how I am doing and how much weight I have lost. You know what… this was very good. HILARIOUS… but good. Real world tips, and I like the fact that you reiterate “do something.” True. Seven lbs., huh? That’s pretty good just for doing “something.”
What you need, now, is the Prissy-Girl workout. For all of us ultra-girly-girls who don’t like to sweat, etc. The running from the store to the car doesn’t really go with our flow. I think it would be absolutely hilarious if you got that version on here for the ladies.
Particuarly, I truly believe a lot of black women don’t like to work out (A) because of the hair issue and (B) because of what a lot of women in general hate – going to the gym with a bunch of ultra-fit girls and guys everywhere.
That’s my two cents. Kudos on a real-world video, nice reminder to “do something.”
