It’s been roughly 3 years since my last significant speaking engagement. I went on a speaking “hiatus” while chasing my dream to own and run my traditional brick-and-mortar businesses. But now that I have moved on and stepped away from my forray into entrepreneurship, I am returning to the activity that drives me the most, and is a part of my core being… motivational speaking.

As I set out to make my return, I have made a personal vow to change the lives of my clients through high-energy and emotional motivational speaking. My method of creating a lasting impression with my recipients is to deliver my message through three essential steps. First, I immediately captivate my audience. Next, I motivate and encourage participants to desire change in their lives. Lastly, I transform their thinking through personal discovery and enlightenment, with the goal to create a long-lasting effect on future behavior.

Covering a wide range of topics, it does not matter how general or technical the subject matter may be. Participants will leave refreshed, energized, and motivated to take something back to their teams, organizations, or workgroups. I believe that it is the job of a motivational speaker to shake up his or her participants, no matter how mundane or exciting the topic is.
