Recently, I re-invented myself. I have now released the new and improved "Carlton Version 2.0" to the public. Carlton The Keynote Speaker & Seminar Trainer
Anyone who knows me well is fully aware of the fact that I love to talk and relate to people! This is what motivated me to become a keynote speaker and seminar trainer about 16 years ago. The majority of my speaking & training experience has been with governmental agencies and large organizations. I enjoy writing and developing my own training modules and seminar products, and I get a huge thrill out of teaching, motivating, and entertaing groups of people. Carlton The Civil Engineer
With a degree in Civil Engineering from Missouri University in 1990, I have worked in the engineering profession ranging from highway and transportation design to environmental engineering. Currently, I serve as an outreach and assistance engineer for the state of Missouri's Department of Natural Resources in Jefferson City, Missouri. Combining my technical background and speaking skills, I absolutely enjoy my position and serving the needs of Missouri-based businesses. I am E.I.T.-cartified and look forward to obtaining my professional registration soon.
Carlton The Television Show Host
For the past 4 years, I have enjoyed providing a local access television show to Central Missouri entitled "The Carlton Zone". It's loaded full of family fun and always teaches a positive point. My current goal is to expand beyond the Missouri market by providing "CZTV" on the web. Carlton The Church Volunteer
On Sundays, you will find me at the First Assembly of God Church in Jefferson City, under the leadership and driection of Pastor Lowell Perkins. On Wednesday nights, you will find me rocking the bass guitar (and many other instruments) in the middle school youth band which is led by Kirk & Angela DeMars, under the leadership of Senior Youth Pastor John Rollins. Serving as a youth sponsor and dealing with middle-school students builds both my faith AND patience!
Carlton The Artist & Musician
Coming from a musical family, I focused on my main instrument which was the Slide Trombone. However, I play just about any other instrument that I can pick up and spend five minutes with. I also am known for my airbrush art and charicatures. Art and music have always been a part of what I do.
Carlton The Family Man
I have been blessed by a lovely wife who has put up with me for 19 years of marriage, not including 4 years that we dated. My wife has brought me 4 wonderful children ranging from 6 to 18 years of age. There is never a dull moment in our house, and I have grown to love the constant chaos that comes with having a household with 6 residents!
